ABOUT THE PROJECT

PBJ Construction delivered a comprehensive upgrade, adding new and extended driving range bays with full automation, a high-tech golfing simulator, and an expanded showroom.

We completed a full reclad, a roofing overhaul, and executed extensive updates to lighting, mechanical, fire, and security systems, transforming the facility to modern standards. By meticulously coordinating construction tasks and carefully phasing the project, PBJ’s team have successfully balanced the needs of the renovation with the ongoing retail operations, showcasing their expertise in minimising impact and optimising efficiency during the construction period. Safety and public access were top priorities, and PBJ’s problem-solving approach turned each challenge into an opportunity.
